 F003A Series Adjustable In-Line Flow Switch   Printer Friendly Version
The series F003A is an adjustable flow switch installed in line with the fluid movement to monitor flow rates from .75 to 4.0 and 2.0 to 8.0 GPM. The compact and durable design allows for ease of installation and the removable bonnet assembly provides easy access for cleaning without removal from the process pipe. The F003A is available in a bronze body with a teflon shuttle mechanism and 3/4" NPT connection.

A spring loaded teflon shuttle magnet is vertically displaced by liquid flow moving through the valve chamber between the inlet and outlet ports. The magnet actuates a hermetically sealed reed switch element inside the housing stem.The adjustment in set point is achieved by rotating a vane in the bypass port thus creating a pressure differential.
