VLIT-2500 Series Visual Level Indicator with Transmitter   Printer Friendly Version
VLIT-2500 combines a magnetically coupled local tank indicator with a separate transmitter that sends a current or voltage signal back to a PLC, network or remote controller.

The transmitter can be easily calibrated in the field for different liquids and the indicator can be supplied in custom colors and scales.

High contrast color flags are magnetically coupled to a metal float assembly moving vertically in the separate stainless steel chamber. The flags are flipped and magnetically interlocked to show the corresponding tank level.

The transmitter is housed in a parallel chamber that fills with an equivalent level of the tank fluid and sends a proportionate analog 4-20 output. Unlike other transmitter/indicators, the solid state sensor operates independently of the float providing a redundant level meaurement.
